Delivery & Return Policy
Receiver’s contact number is a must to ensure a prompt delivery
Delivery will be done after confirming the availability of the recipient via telephone.
In the event, the recipient is unavailable on the 1st attempt, Domex will inform the sender and delivery/ return arrangements will be done as per sender’s instructions within two working days.
Pickup should be informed before 2.00 pm on Monday to Friday & before 11.00 am on Saturday.
Domex working days will be from Monday to Saturday and will not work on Sundays & Mercantile holidays. The Saturday collection will be delivered on Monday morning to the selected destination.
Waybill should be filled/ sent in the excel format by the customer in full (description of goods, value, number of pieces and sender’s signature).
Customers who need to use printed waybills should send an email request to waybill@domex.lk and the company will provide printed waybills within 7 working days.
Amount mention on value of goods on courier waybill is for the sole purpose of cash collection packages and deliveries.
If the collected cash amount is less than the courier charges, Domex will use COD or CASH waybills for your transactions. DOMEX will not provide credit facility for any package delivery.
All packages should be verified & accepted by the customer. Domex representatives will wait for a few minutes for verification purpose. Late complaints will not be entertained.
